Macee + Craig | Engaged!!
You already know that my Niece Sarah is engaged, but did you know that I actually have THREE GORGEOUS NIECES? The oldest (Lindsay) is my age and has been married for what seems like ages, but guess what – my middle Niece Macee is also engaged!! Yes, there are going to be two fabulous family weddings this year and I’m so excited I can hardly stand it. Macee and Craig have been together for about 6 years and even though he’s a little older than me I’m still going to make him call me ‘Aunt Trish’. (Ya know, just ’cause I can.) They are getting married this summer at the Ritz-Carlton Bachelor Gulch in Colorado and I’m honored to be photographing their wedding. For the first half of the session I suggested we head to South Congress, and in case you don’t know – SoCo is pretty busy and there are people all around. Well, Macee and Craig did an awesome job of acting like they were the only two people on the street. We had a lot of people staring but I think it was because they were trying to figure out if they were famous! I mean, seriously…Macee is simply stunning and Craig is tall and handsome with perfectly chiseled features – I would have probably stopped to catch a glimpse too. August can’t get here soon enough!!
